Stifel Theatre Canceled / Postponed Events and Ticketing FAQ Related To COVID-19

The Coronavirus pandemic has had a significant impact on the live events industry. Below you will find a list of canceled, rescheduled and postponed events for Stifel Theatre, along with information regarding refund policies, which will vary by show.

3/13 – Gabriel Iglesias (rescheduled for 10/15)
3/14 – Franco Escamilla (rescheduled for 11/13)
3/15 – Gabriel Iglesias (rescheduled for 10/14)
3/19 – Nathaniel Rateliff (rescheduled for 11/14)
3/20 – Ron White (rescheduled for 9/11)
4/5 – Bert Kreischer (rescheduled for 7/30)
4/23 – Iliza: The Forever Tour (rescheduled for 9/24; Live Nation show; 30-day refund window begins 5/1/20)
5/15-5/17 – Trolls LIVE! (rescheduled for 10/2 - 10/4)
6/6 – The Masked Singer (rescheduled for 6/8/21; Live Nation show; 30-day refund window begins 5/13/20)
6/18 - Frankie Valli (rescheduled for 6/17/21
8/5 – Maks & Val (rescheduled for 6/30/21)

Postponed Events (New Event Date Still to Be Announced):
4/19 – Je'Caryous Johnson Presents "BAPS Live!" 

How Do I Receive a Refund for Canceled Events?
All tickets for canceled shows purchased through Ticketmaster or at the Enterprise Center Box Office will be available for full refunds inclusive of service charges, where applicable. The cost of expedited shipping and merchandise will not be refunded.

Regarding tickets purchased through the Stifel Theatre or Enterprise Center Box Office, due to the City of St. Louis stay-at-home order, the box office is currently closed.  Once the order is lifted, and the Stifel Theatre and Enterprise Center Box Office is open, guests will be able to obtain their refund. Guests requiring immediate assistance may contact the box office at [email protected]

Ticket holders who purchased tickets through a resale platform or distribution partner will need to seek a refund from such resale platform or distribution partner.

What Is The Refund Policy For Rescheduled Shows?
For Live Nation and AEG shows, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, unless you opt for a refund within 30 days of the new show date being announced. Should a ticket holder not request a refund within the 30-day window, the tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.  After this 30-day window closes, the tickets are no longer available for refund. Regarding tickets purchased through the Stifel Theatre or Enterprise Center Box Office, due to the City of St. Louis stay-at-home order, the box office is currently closed.  Once the order is lifted, and the  Stifel Theatre and Enterprise Center Box Office is open, guests will be able to obtain their refund. What Is The Refund Policy For Postponed Shows?
Postponed shows are those that are still in process of bring rescheduled and assigned a new date.

For Live Nation shows, these shows will be made available for refunds when a new date is announced.  If the show is not rescheduled within 60 days from the date is was publicly postponed, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time. Upon confirmation of a new date or expiration of the 60-day period, the same procedure for rescheduled shows should be followed as outlined above.

How do I know whether a show I have tickets for is promoted by Live Nation or AEG?
Most tickets include the promoter information in the headline of the ticket.  If your ticket does not include this information you may contact the box office by email at [email protected].

How do I contact Ticketmaster for information regarding my show?
