Stifel Theatre Box Office Refunds FAQ

The Stifel Theatre Box Office is open on event days only. The Enterprise Center Box Office can accommodate Stifel Theatre refund needs during normal operating hours. Guests may bring their tickets to the box office during those hours to process their refund.

For guests unable to come to Enterprise Center during box office hours, a refund by mail option is available. Guests may print and fill out this form and return it, along with their tickets, by mail to receive a refund by check. Please note this form is only for tickets purchased from the Box Office. How do I receive a refund by mail?

  1. Print and fill out this form
  2. Mail the completed form and the tickets to the event you are requesting the refund for to:

  3. Tickets for the event you are requesting the refund for must be included with the form in order to receive the refund. Note: It is recommended you photograph your tickets for your own records prior to mailing them in.
  4. Refunds are subject to the refund policy printed on the back of each ticket.

How do I know if I have tickets to a show that is eligible for a refund?

How will I receive my refund?

For tickets originally purchased by cash or check, refunds will be issued by check to the name listed on the completed refund request form and mailed via USPS. For tickets originally purchased by credit card, a member of our box office staff will contact you once your form is received to begin the refund process to your credit card.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow up to 21 days after receipt of the completed form to receive your refund.

What if I mail my form and tickets to Stifel Theatre and you never receive them?

Stifel Theatre cannot be held responsible for tickets lost in the mail. Ticketholders are at their own risk for any lost tickets.

Is refund by mail my only option?

No. You can visit the Enterprise Center box office during its current hours of operation. Tickets may be brought to the box office during those hours for refunds.
