Peabody Opera House Wedding Planning Packages


Day of Package (Included with all rental packages)

  • Coordinate all linen rentals
  • Provide floor plan of the event space
  • Attend and coordinate the rehersal (along with the officiant) to ensure that everyone knows when and where they need to be at all times (for onsite ceremony only)
  • Distribute all favors programs, and escort cards
  • Place reserved seating signs
  • Pin flowers on attendants and distribute boquets (if bride is not using a full service florist) (for onsite cermony only)
  • Orchestrate wedding party line-ups for the professional recessional, (for onsite ceremony only) and for introductions at the reception
  • Coordinate timing with the ceremony musicians if needed (for onsite ceremony only)
  • Coordinate with band/DJ for all the reception events and maintain timeline
  • Assist with any guest requests
  • Act as a personal assistant to the wedding couple
  • Ensure responsible gift handling - all gifts and envelopes will be carefully collected by our security staff and brought out to designated family member to take home
  • Gather all reception items for family to bring home (guest book, cake knife, etc.)
  • Organize and assist with breakdown and cleanup



Month of Package (Includes Day of Package plus additional services listed below) $1,870 $1,200 (discount offered for a limited time only)

  • In-depth consultation 4 weeks before the wedding day so that we can learn about your plans and preferences for the event
  • Creation of guest database
  • Manage rsvps and provide final food and beverage counts to Levy Restaurants
  • Assist with seating assignments for reception
  • Discuss favors for reception if needed and provide suggestions
  • Serve as the point-of-contact regarding all wedding related questions for vendors, wedding party and families
  • Act as a liaison to all vendors the month of the wedding and coordinate any needs they may have regarding the wedding setup, load-in and execution, as well as coordinating final payments and advising client on gratuities
  • Develop a personalized to-do timeline
  • Use of our bridal emergency kit
  • Coordinate timing with the photographer and videographer to maximize time
  • Return of rental items

Design Board

Looking for a more in depth design, or just not sure what you want? With our design board package we will meet one on one with you to determine your style, personality, likes, dislikes, general budget and vision for the décor elements of your wedding. Once that is determined we will get to work creating a design board to showcase the design of your wedding including elements at varying costs, so that you can mix and match to create your dream wedding within your budget. The design board will also include a list of vendors with up to three vendors in each category to choose from to make your design come to life.

Full Design

Combine the full design package with month of coordination for $2000 (limited time offer)
Our full design package includes everything in the design board package with some extra help. Once you approve of your design board we will have a follow-up meeting to discuss your décor budget and work with you to fit your design board selections within your budget. This also includes procuring quotes from local vendors that are available on the date of the wedding to get exact costs for each element, and overseeing the installation of the elements on the day of your event.
